At AJP Services we realise that you, as a homeowner, are critical to our business. Although we are qualified to tackle large projects we do not see the "small jobs" as an inconvenience between more lucrative contracts, what matters to us is what You want and Your requirements, no matter how small. Therefore you can always expect the following from us:

· Except for the smallest jobs you will receive a comprehensive quote listing precisely what is needed and what the costs will be, before any work starts.

· Assuming we find no additional problems during the work, the price quoted is the maximum you will pay. If we finish sooner than expected, or use less materials than quoted, you can expect to pay a bit less. It's only fair.

· We will not leave the job without having demonstrated and explained any new equipment to you, and we will leave you with the relevant operating instructions and certificates as required.

· We will tidy up after ourselves every day, and will not leave a job until it is properly finished. You don't want to live in a building site and we don't want to leave you with one

· We will adapt to suit you. If you need us to arrive early so you can get to work just say, and we'll endevour to meet your needs.

· No matter how small or big your job you will get the same standards of workmanship and attention

	We offer a wide range of domestic plumbing services including the fixing of leaks, fiting / maintenance of taps and showers, installing / replacing of radiators and heating pipes (but we cannot install or service boilers), maintenance / replacement of lavatory valves and flush mechanisms and so on. And now we can supply, fit and maintain unvented (mains pressure) hot water cylinders. We specialise in maintaining older taps and renewing them to like new condition rather than just replacing them when a problem occurs. This allows you to keep old favourites in service rather than loosing them, and is often cheaper than fitting a new tap.

Electrical
	We offer a full range of electrical services to suit the homeowner. The following are some examples of work we can do for you, if you want something done that is not listed then just ask by e-mail (info@ajpservicesltd.com) or phone (01884 266376): Install new lights, light switches or sockets in your home Install new electrical circuits in your home (for a cooker, shower or other appliance for example). Fit outbuildings for lighting and/or power or install garden lighting and sockets (all properly waterproofed of course). Install complete new build electrical installations (first and second fix), or re-wire an existing home as required. Fit out your extension, loft conversion or utility room with all the sockets and lighting you need. Install underfloor heating or other elcetrical heating systems. Replace broken fittings and/or upgrade them to the latest safety standards. Wire in alarm systems (separate quote required)
